Your Privacy Choices
This page summarises the choices you have about your personal information on nextbasket.com. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural or targeted advertising — our analytics runs cookieless with advertising features disabled. Even so, we make your choices easy to find and exercise here.

1. The choices you have
- Privacy requests — email privacy@nextbasket.com with the subject "Privacy Request" to exercise any privacy right (access, deletion, correction, opt-out, and the state-specific rights explained in our Privacy Policy). We verify your identity proportionately and respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. Email is the current request route; a dedicated web request form may be added before a wider U.S. consumer launch, and its absence does not affect a request you send by email.
- Marketing email — use the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email, or email us, to stop marketing messages. Transactional replies to your enquiries are not marketing and may still be sent.
- Browser controls — this website is designed to set no non-essential cookies, so there is no cookie-consent banner to manage; you can additionally use your browser’s privacy settings (blocking or clearing cookies and site data) at any time without breaking this site.
2. Browser opt-out preference signals
NEXT BASKET does not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural or targeted advertising, and NEXT BASKET does not claim to detect Global Privacy Control (GPC) or any other universal opt-out preference signal. Because there is no sale, sharing, or targeted advertising to opt out of, no signal-based opt-out is needed at present. If these practices ever change, a tested signal-based opt-out together with a visible preference control will be put in place first — before any such change takes effect.
Whatever your browser settings, the email request route in Section 1 is always available and covers every opt-out choice.
3. Where to learn more
- Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy/) — the full description of what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, your GDPR rights, and the U.S. state consumer-privacy rights it describes.
- Cookie Policy (/cookie-policy/) — the strictly-necessary technologies this site uses and why there is no cookie banner.
A separate U.S. State Privacy Notice (/us-state-privacy-notice/) sets out state-by-state consumer rights for U.S. residents.
