Each document in this Legal Center shows its own effective date and applies from that date. Together, the documents already in force form the current legal framework for the nextbasket.com website and, for paying merchants, the NEXT BASKET AI platform.

The current offering is business-to-business only and is provided by Next Basket Platform B.V. (Netherlands). Some US-specific documents — including the US State Privacy Notice and the appointment and registration of a US copyright (DMCA) agent — describe items prepared for a planned US launch; those pages state clearly that the related US infrastructure is not yet in place, and they take effect only when that launch work is completed.
